I’m Tawn, a Canadian illustrator and surface designer who loves turning small, happy moments into art. I create art with bold colours, gentle textures, and playful details that feel warm and welcoming. From greeting cards to puzzles, my goal is simple: make the everyday a little brighter.

I’m also open to connecting with agencies who feel my work could be a natural fit for their clients. If the right partnership comes along, I’m always happy to chat.

Inspired by...

I’m inspired by the kind of moments you want to hold onto. The colours of a wildflower field, the glow of a summer sunset, the bustle of a city street, and the rhythm of the seasons all find their way into my work. I take cues from the colours, textures, and little moments that make me smile, pairing them with bold, joyful palettes and a touch of everyday humour to create art that feels uplifting, vibrant, and just a little bit cheeky.

From Idea To Final Piece

Every design begins with a glimmer of inspiration and transforms into art that’s ready to brighten products and spaces.

A Few Things That Make Me, Me

The tiny obsessions and happy distractions that colour both my art and my days.

🎨 Current colour crush: Lush leaf green with pop-pink punch (basically summer in two swatches)

✏️ Creative sidekicks: Procreate for making, Pinterest for wandering down very specific rabbit holes

🌸 Colour signature: Somehow, pink always sneaks its way into most of my illustrations

🧋 Caffeinated joy: Iced coffee or coffee milk bubble tea (because treating myself to extra tapioca pearls is basically self-care)

🎮 Guilty downtime: Silly simulation games where I’m somehow both the mayor and the landscaper

📅 Dream project: Designing a cheerful planner for Fringe Studio or a playful fabric collection for Camelot Fabrics
